That's why I appreciate Fairway Auto, where they always explain to me if a repair is necessary and why, as well as give an incredibly reasonable estimate, which they always stick to. It feels really good knowing I have a place to trust my vehicle with! The people there are always friendly and professional and do their best to make getting your car worked on a good experience. One of their newer features is the ability to text you information about the services provided and suggested, so that (if you're like me and have no memory of what was recommended at the last visit) you can just pull up your phone and see what needs done.
